About the Daily Focus Sheet

The Daily Focus Sheet sits at the bottom of the Cascade — it receives the week's three priorities from the Sunday Weekly Review and executes them. The Ivy Lee structure (three ranked priorities, work in sequence, complete before moving on) reduces decision fatigue to zero. The 'must not do' field applies Eisenhower's distinction between urgent and important.

Finally a daily planner that doesn't try to be a journal. Three priorities, time blocks, done. The Notion template is properly built too — not just a table.

I've tried every daily planner format going. This is the first one where the structure actually enforces prioritisation rather than just listing tasks. The 'must not do' field is genius.

Exactly what I was looking for. Clean, no fluff, works in greyscale perfectly. The Filofax size fits my planner without any trimming needed.

Questions about this product

Common questions

What size should I print?
A5 is the most popular — it sits neatly in a B5 or A5 notebook. A4 works if you prefer more space. The US Letter version is identical to A4 in layout. All sizes are in the same download.
Does it work without the Weekly Review?
Yes, but the power is in the connection. The Daily Focus Sheet is designed to receive its three priorities from the Sunday Weekly Review. Used standalone it's still a strong daily planning tool — the Ivy Lee method works at any scale.
How do I print without wasting ink?
The sheet is designed to print cleanly in greyscale on any home printer. Set quality to standard, not draft. No full-bleed backgrounds — white or near-white throughout.
Can I use it digitally on GoodNotes or Notability?
Yes. The digital PDF has active hyperlinks between sections. Works on any PDF annotation app — GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, or Adobe Acrobat.
