All Groundwork products are digital downloads delivered as PDF files and Notion template links. No physical products are shipped.
When you purchase a Groundwork product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may print the PDF files as many times as you need for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files; use them commercially; or claim the designs as your own. Notion templates may be duplicated to your personal workspace but may not be shared publicly or used as the basis for commercial template products.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it. If you purchase through Etsy, Etsy's refund policy may also apply.
All Groundwork products, designs, copy, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Groundwork. The planning methodologies referenced (GTD, Atomic Habits, Deep Work, etc.) are the intellectual property of their respective authors. Groundwork products implement these methodologies in original form and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those authors.
Groundwork products are planning tools. We make no guarantees about results. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
